airoplay Terms and Conditions for Filipino Players

1. Account Eligibility

To create and maintain an airoplay account, you must:

• Be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times while the account is active.
• Be a natural person (not a corporate entity or automated agent) registering for personal, non-commercial use.
• Be legally permitted to access and use online gaming services under the laws applicable to your location.
• Not be registered as a self-excluded player on airoplay or any associated platform.
• Not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of airoplay or any of its affiliated companies.

airoplay reserves the right to verify eligibility at any point and to close any account found to be in breach of these conditions.

2. Registration and KYC Verification

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and Philippine mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. Providing false or misleading registration details is a breach of these terms.

airoplay is required to verify the identity of all account holders. KYC verification must be completed before deposit and withdrawal functionality is enabled. You may be asked to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys national ID).

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended after the betting window closes.

• If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact airoplay support immediately.
• airoplay uses OTP two-factor authentication and SSL encryption for all account access and transactions.
• Transactions processed on your account while your credentials are in use — whether by you or by an unauthorised party — are treated as your responsibility until you notify airoplay of a security breach.

• Registering more than one account or providing false identity information during registration or KYC.
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or credentials to access or fund an account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Initiating unjustified payment chargebacks against deposits already used for wagering.

9. Limitation of Liability

10. Account Termination

You may close your airoplay account at any time by contacting support. Any real-money balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to standard verification and withdrawal conditions.

airoplay may suspend or close your account with or without prior notice if:

• You are found to be in breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• airoplay is required to do so by law, regulatory instruction, or court order.
• Your account shows patterns consistent with fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity.
• KYC verification cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe after request.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, airoplay reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and to apply any applicable penalties as described in these terms.
